No. 1 Azul Aruna Margarita
crushed or cubed ice
2 oz. tequila
1 oz. Blue Curaçao
1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
¼ oz. simple syrup
serve in a martini glass
Add all the ingredients to a shaker, starting with your crushed ice and shake well. Run the reserved lime wedge around the rim of a martini glass and dip into a saucer of salt. Carefully strain the cocktail into the glass. and garnish with a wedge of lime because the lime-ier, the better, right?
No. 2 Sunetha Sunshine
1 1/2 oz passionfruit vodka [for mocktail, use passionfruit juice]
3 oz. Cranberry Juice
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
fresh, sliced ginger
orange peel for garnish
crushed or cubed ice
serve in a highball glass or mason jar
Place one slice of ginger in the bottom of your shaker and muddle. Add all liquids and shake several times. Finish by straining into a highball glass or mason jar full of ice. Garnish with orange peel.
No. 3 Veera Very Cherry Spritzer
5 oz. Grapefruit Vodka [for mocktail, use 2-3 oz. Grapefruit Juice]
1 oz. cherry juice
cubed or crushed ice
fresh pitted cherries
serve in a highball glass or mason jar filled with ice
Add the first two ingredients to a highball glass or mason jar, followed by ice. Fill up with club soda and give it a stir. Garnish with a fresh pitted cherry.
No. 4 Kaveri Fizz
1¼ oz. Dry Gin
¾ oz. lemon juice
¾ oz. honey
lemon peel for garnish
serve in a coupe or flute glass
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a shaker. Shake or stir until honey is mixed well and pour into the serving glass of your choice. Fill with champagne. Garnish with a twisted lemon peel.

2 oz. Cranberry Juice- unsweetened
2 oz. FRESH SQUEEZED OJ
½ c. Gin
serve in a mason jar
Combine the liquids in the mason jar and give a quick stir. Add ice and stir again.
